Steamed Lotus Root Cake

Ingredients

Lotus root 650g
Fish paste 320g
Dried scallop (soaked) 1 piece
Chinese mushroom (soaked) 3 pieces
Chinese preserved sausage 1 piece
Green onion (chopped) 1 stalk

Seasoning

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Cornstarch 1 tsp
Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix 1 tbsp
White pepper  ¼ tsp
Water 125ml
Garlic (chopped) 1 ½ tbsp

METHOD

Tips

Mix ingredients in a large bowl in one direction only, to make it sticky.
