Seafood and Vegetable Pancakes

Shrimp 40g
Scallop 40g
Carrot (shredded)  1 medium
Green onion (shredded)   2 stalks
Cooking onion (shredded)    1 small
Pancake mix 1 cup
Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise  1 tbsp
Egg 1


Sweet soy sauce 2 tbsp
Hoisin sauce 3 tsp
White vinegar 1 tsp
Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix 1½ tsp
Cornstarch solution  1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water



Vegetables, meat, and seafood can be substituted. Remember that meat and seafood must be cooked before adding into the batter.
