Pan-Fried Stuffed Fish Paste with Oysters

Fish paste   160g
Oyster   6 pieces
Broccoli   a bit
Ginger, green onion, wine   a bit
Salt, white pepper, cornstarch   a bit

Sauce

Oyster sauce  1 tsp
Sugar   ½ tsp
Starch solution   a bit

Seasoning

Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix  ¼ tsp
Cornstarch  1 tsp
Water  1 tbsp
White pepper  a bit

METHOD

Tips

Dip oyster into cornstarch before frying, to avoid fish paste falling out.
