Shredded Beef with Black Pepper Sauce

Flank steak 250g
Green bell pepper (thick strips) ½ pc
Yellow bell pepper (thick strips) ½ pc
Red bell pepper (thick strips)  ½ pc
Onion (thick sliced) ½ pc
Garlic (sliced) 3 cloves
Black pepper (ground) ½ tsp
Spring roll wrapper (thick strips) 4 pcs


Water 4 tbsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Cornstarch ½ tsp
Light soy sauce 2 tsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp


Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix 1½ tsp
Cornstarch ½ tsp
Black pepper (ground) ¼ tsp
Oil 1 tsp



Serve on a hot cast-iron platter to create a sizzling sound. Use rice noodles or mung bean noodles for a bird’s nest, instead of spring roll wrappers.
