Dry Seafood Stir–fry with Vegetables

Ingredients

Dry oyster (soaked) 70g
Dry shrimps (soaked) 2 tbsp
Peeled asparagus 2 pcs
Peeled lotus root  1 pc
Baby corn 10 pcs
Red chilli pepper 1 pc

Seasoning

Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix 1½ tsp
Sugar ¾ tsp
Water 3 tsp

METHOD

Tips

It’s best to soak dry oysters and dry shrimps overnight. To prevent lotus root discolouration, soak the lotus root in cold water with a dash of vinegar.
