Sautéed Prawn, Zucchini and Carrot Ring

Ingredients

Zucchini  1 piece
Carrot
 1 piece
Small prawn (16-20 pieces)  450g
Fresh ginger   
 2 slices
Garlic paste  2 cloves
Green bean vermicelli  ½ cup

Marinade

Salt  1/3 tsp
Cornstarch  ½ tsp
Egg white  a bit

Seasoning

Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix  1 tsp
Water    
 2 tbsp
Sugar, Sesame oil, Cornstarch  ½ tsp each

METHOD

Tips

Rub cornstarch on prawn to make prawn crispy. Use egg white as a marinade to give a whitening effect and make shrimp look more transparent.
