Goji berry, soaked 1 tbsp
Becel® oil 1 tbsp
Knorr® Chicken/Vegetarian Broth Mix ½ tbsp
Knorr® Clear Chicken/Vegetarian Broth Water ¾ cup
Water 6 cups
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cornstarch solution 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Dash of salt and sugar to taste.



For creamy flavour, add 1/4 cup of evaporated milk (to replace the oyster sauce) to the chicken broth.
