Garlic, minced
2 tbsp
Ginger puree
1 ½ tbsp 
Honey
Dash

Marinade

Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix 1 ½ tsp 
Liquid Seasoning 2 tsp
Sugar
½ tsp 
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder Pinch
Sesame oil Dash

METHOD

Tips

This Ginger pork jowl is easy to cook, you can also BBQ or fry it on a saucepan. Use a knife to score the meat, and add honey in the end; stir-fry until fragrant and the sauce is thickened.
