Beef 100 g
Sugar snap peas 250 g
Red Chilli Pepper 1
Garlic, minced 1 tbsp

Sauce

Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix ¼ tsp
Liquid Seasoning 1 tsp
Cornstarch ¼ tsp
Sichuan chilli powder ½ tsp
Soybean paste ½ tsp
Water 3 tbsp
   

SIMMER

 
Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix 1 tsp
Water 600ml

Marinade

Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix ¼ tsp
Liquid Seasoning ½ tsp
Cornstarch 1 tsp 
Water  1 tsp
Sugar and Sesame oil  Pinch

METHOD

Tips

Simmering with chicken broth mix can remove the astringent taste of sugar snap peas. Instead of marinating with salt, using chicken broth mix will make the beef more tender and delicious. Also, you could use ground black pepper in place of Sichuan chilli powder.
