Oil 1 tsp
Snow peas 150 g
Dried shrimp (soak to soften) 30 g
Brown beech mushroom 227 g
Shiitake mushroom 2
Garlic, minced 1 tsp
Red pepper 1
Cornstarch solution (as a thickener) 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water


Knorr® Liquid Seasoning 1 tbsp
Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix 1 tsp
Water 100 ml



Do not add too much cornstarch solution; otherwise it will affect the taste.
