Preserved plum

Processed cheddar cheese (wrapped slices)  4 slices
Spring roll sheet (shredded)  10 pieces

Seasoning

Salt, sugar  ½ tsp each
Cornstarch   
 1 tsp

Tips

Can also use vermicelli, bean thread or shredded taro as dipper for shrimp balls.
