Yunnan Ham  
 85g
Chinese mushroom (soaked)  6 pieces
Chinese Broccoli  450g
Salt, sugar, rock sugar
 a bit
   

Sauce

Sugar
 1 tsp
Oyster sauce
 1 tsp
Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix   
 1 tsp
Knorr® Clear Chicken Broth  150ml   
Water    
 1 tsp

METHOD

Tips

By adding salt and rock sugar in boiling water to cook mushroom, it will soften easily. Mushroom water can be used to make soup the next time.
