Cornstarch 2 tsp

Sauce

Lemon ½ pc
Tomato (fine diced) 1 pc
Zucchini (fine diced) 1 pc
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Cornstarch solution 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Water 4 fl oz

Marinade

Salt ½ tsp
Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix 1½ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Shao Hsing cooking wine 1 tsp

Lime can be substituted for lemon.
