Small dragon fruit

Lean pork (ground)

Chinese mushroom (soaked, chopped) 2 pieces
Shrimp (peeled and cleaned, chopped)   
4 ½ oz
Green onion (chopped)   
1 stalk

Hawthorn Sauce

Hawthorn slice (steam, keep juice)  12 slices
Ketchup  1 tbsp
Sugar   
 1 tbsp
Salt  a dash

Seasoning

Salt  ½ tsp
Pepper  ½ tsp   
Cornstarch   
 2 tsp
Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix   
 ½ tsp
