Fresh or frozen abalone   
10 pieces
12 oz
Chinese mushroom 8 pieces
Dried scallop 8 pieces
Fresh ginger   
5 slices
Green onion (chopped) 1 stalk
Water a bit
Ham (shredded) a bit
Red cabbage leaf 8 pieces


Knorr® Chicken Broth Mix   
1 tbsp
Knorr® Clear Chicken Broth   22 fl oz
10 fl oz
Rock sugar 1 ½ oz
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce ½ tsp
Starch solution cornstarch 1 tsp + water



The extra abalone sauce can be used as noodle sauce, vegetable sauce or can be mixed with other ingredients. The stewed mushroom, dried scallops and white radish can be a delicious dish in itself.
